The society was established on December 4th, 2001 as GlucoMetrix plc, with a capital stock of 50,000. - Euros. Headquarter of the society is Ruhpolding, Upper Bavaria. The society was registered on 18 August 2002 under the number 14526 in the Commercial Registry. The enterprise´s main purpose is the development and marketing of a non-invasive blood glucose monitoring system, with the safety component early recognition as well as the setting of a network with fast and competent assistance and a 24 hrs virtual emergency room for interested patients.
